Agile Sessions

In June 2017 we created a product and sprint backlog with the help of @msajara, and @claudialoch as the product owner (both certified Scrum masters). We also planned a first sprint and did a review session 2 weeks later. We are sold on this approach now, and will carry on doing reviews, revisions and planning, but from now on in a 4 week cycle.
