This PR adds a new UX law entry titled Miller’s Law to the ux-psychology section.

• New folder: content/uiux/concepts/ux-psychology/terms/millers-law/
• Markdown file: millers-law.md includes explanation, example, and reference links.

This entry follows the established tone, formatting, and structure of existing UX laws such as Fitts’ Law and Hick’s Law.
