Main improvements in this PR:

As proposed in #739, removes ACAD10 from Human-GEM (it was associated with MAR03212 and MAR03163, which both had plenty of other genes in their GPRs after removing ACAD10)

I hereby confirm that I have:

  • Tested my code on my own computer for running the model
  • Selected develop as a target branch
  • Any removed reactions and metabolites have been moved to the corresponding deprecated identifier lists
