Description

Adds the 'tf_party_use_member_color' ConVar, allowing for names in chat to be colored with the player's respective party color.

I would say make this on by default as its a nice quality-of-life improvement

I think that the red and blue player names could cause readability issues so I decided to keep it off by default

Aren't all party chat messages fully colored green?... (including the sender's name), correct me if I'm wrong.
If yes, I'd keep it on by default. Colorblind people can turn it off manually.
