chore: add support for arabic input in textarea components

This PR introduces automatic text direction detection for the TextEditor component & Email content to improve user experience for Arabic users and mixed-language content. When a user types Arabic text, the editor switches to right-to-left (RTL); for English or other left-to-right (LTR) content, it defaults to LTR.
