We are getting closer to 017! This first release candidate updates 017-beta by:

  • Embracing PulseAudio
  • Fixing support for NVMe, pure UEFI firmware, and internationalization in the Installer tool
  • Settling on NcursesW 6.2 and removing the non-wide characters Ncurses package
  • Upgrading Linux kernel to 5.6.10
  • Adding an experimental Awesome widget to connect to Bluetooth devices
  • Adding a few desktop applications: Audacious music player, Firefox 76, and RawTherapee photo editor
  • Updating our Compile and Scripts packages, which are now shipped as a Git repository (so updating them is as easy as running git pull)
