Updates the README to add a link to Rust MuJoCo bindings, MuJoCo-rs.

https://mujoco-rs.readthedocs.io/

Features:

  • Idiomatic wrappers or renamed FFI types, with added methods:
    • The core MuJoCo library
    • Model editing
  • Native viewer and renderer
  • Named access (e.g., .join("name"))
  • etc.

@yuvaltassa @traversaro Hi! Would you have a moment to review this PR? It only updates the README to add a link to my third-party Rust bindings and wrappers for MuJoCo.

I plan to actively maintain the project and I'm open to any suggestions.

Some other projects have already started using the bindings (e.g., https://github.com/utahrobotics/utah-lunabotics-2026).
