Verify compatability with FRI 1.10

created new fri branch and updated FRI-Client file with FRI 1.10 version

Refer lbr-stack/fri#45. Due to licensing in FRI 1.10, it can't be open-sourced, unless we get permission from KUKA. Therefore, this stack was also never tested against 1.10.
