This PR will vastly improve stability and help support collaboration. Currently, continuous integration includes only the User Guide examples, and image comparison is not carried out on the figures. Instead, to minimize bugs, I've been manually running tests on my machine and then visually inspecting the test figures. Considering proplot's growing popularity and recurring "regressions" in recent releases, this approach is clearly unsustainable.
