Audio files for use with the MSU-1 are raw 44.1kHz stereo PCM files (no WAV header), with an 8-byte MSU header. The first 4 bytes are 'M' 'S' 'U' '1' and the next 4 bytes are the sample number of the loop point, little-endian. I'll post up a more complete conversion guide later, when I get the chance. For now, TheRetromancer has posted a full soundtrack set here. Just be sure to rename the files properly, as described on the Getting Started page
