Overview
Bumps the Gradle distribution used by the wrapper from 9.5.1 to 9.6.1 via gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties.

gradlew and gradlew.bat are regenerated for the new wrapper: both launch the wrapper with -jar …/gradle-wrapper.jar instead of -classpath + GradleWrapperMain, and drop explicit CLASSPATH handling on Unix/Cygwin. Windows startup uses setlocal EnableExtensions, runs Java with endlocal & … & call :exitWithErrorLevel, and simplifies failure paths to %COMSPEC% /c exit instead of the older :fail / :mainEnd flow.
