"5. Disconnect the power cable and switch the button on the power supply to off. Hold down the on/off button on the computer three times for 10 seconds each. This will drain capacitors and can potentially fix a failure to power on."
This was not in the article previously. Helped someone yesterday who had gone through this article before calling. Draining caps got his system working and should probably be added into this article.

Could you provide more details about this particular case? Was it a failure to power on out-of-box, or the machine suddenly stopped booting? This does sound like a highly abnormal thing for a machine to need, so I'm not sure it's worth including.

Also, it's probably just a weird coincidence, but this PR with a similar recommendation, but for fixing bluetooth this time, cropped up yesterday: #1051. It sounds like the author of that PR is using a custom built desktop, so this probably isn't the same person.

My only question with the tweaked wording is why we're advising the user to make sure their PSU is enabled before we have them unplug from it. Seems like ensuring the switch is set to "On" should happen immediately before a power-on attempt (and after any cable plugging/unplugging which could involve knocking the switch.)
