Methodology used in Mk3L

Results published in Zhang et al.,2013.

1. Land-use change (forest to pasture/crop, pasture/crop to forest) mapped to annually changing distribution of pft tiles within a grid-cell.
2. Each year, carbon moved between pools dependent on changing pft fraction, including carbon moved out of system. Also nitrogen and phosphorus. LAI updated. Vcmax updated.
3. Carbon pools grow/decline as usual through year. No differentiation between primary and secondary forest or age of forest.

Add details of relevant subroutine, where called from.

Issue: do we want this embedded in code, or since only runs once a year, should it be external to model?
