12 Create a UM branch and rose stem test for UM

Make sure that the UM version is the corresponding one for the JULES version you are using

The below will create the branch "vn12.0_UM-CABLE_prognostics".

fcm branch-create -k 1131 UM-CABLE_prognostics fcm:um.x_tr@vn12.0
  999  2021-09-03 12:55:37 

Checkout a working copy:

fcm co 
https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/um/main/branches/dev/jhansrbinovsky/vn12.0_UM-CABLE_prognostics

Assuming "vn12.0_UM-CABLE_prognostics" is the branch/WC e.g. here:

Edit

vi /home/599/jxs599/JAC6.1/Tickets/1131/test/vn12.0_UM-CABLE_prognostics/rose-stem/rose-suite.conf

Point to jules test branch source to where yours is at. In the e.g. thus far this is:

HOST_SOURCE_JULES='https://code.metoffice.gov.uk/svn/jules/main/branches/test/jhansrbinovsky/r20982_CABLE_prognostics/src'

Commit these changes for posterity with fcm commit and then riun rose stem tests:

rose stem --group=developer

Then copy the log at (below) to your ticket summary.

 ~/cylc-run/ "vn12.0_UM-CABLE_prognostics"/trac.log
